amps

Hello
I have a altec lansing acs340 2.1 speakers. They use the TDA7375 amp chip. The problem is with the subwoofer amp which is bridged and im measuring 10 volts on the output terminals.Im sure this is wrong as the drive unit is being pulled in when the speakers are turned on.Having looked at some bridged amps I see that they dont use output capacitors. So i am assuming that either the chip is at fault or some external component. The satelites work fine.Hope someone can help. Thanks snook.
