Altivar 71 igbt open

Dear friends.

I have an ATV71HD30N4, and today it failed. Now, when I try to run, it doesn't move and when running a self diagnose it appears "IGBT 2 OPEN". And there are a total of 6 IGBT in the list.
I checked the SPARE PART KITS guide and found the ATV71 has 3 IGBT MODULES.
Does somebody know which correspond to IGBT 2?
Do you think any other component, besides IGBT, can be damaged?

In general when an IGBT or a Mosfet fails you have to change it and its driver
 

so I will need to change mainboard...

When a mosfet fails, in general drain is shorted to gate that is why we in general we change the mosfet and its driver whether the driver is IC or transistors, but not the driver board.
