Altium, GND Signal Layer OR GND Plane

Hi there, first i want to thank all of you because i found here a help for all problems that i face in altium , now i want to know what is the best for me in my design , Make GND and Power Signal layers OR GND and Power Planes and what is the difference , i'm working on 8 layers (Pcb Design ) #thanks

What do u mean by GND and Power Signal layers ? If you are working on high speed designs make sure that all signal should have proper reference plane.

There is no such difference.But you must have polygons pours in those layers..
It mainly depends on the Stackup of your design and copper thickness of your layers....
I would prefer to go with power and ground planes with more copper thickness....
If you are working on a high speed design, make sure you have a proper reference plane...

is this mean that if i use GND and power As signal layers i should use polygons with it ?! and if i use planes i will not use polygons?

Use positive poures for final output, planes when routing.

If you use gnd and power as signal layers or plane layers you must definitely use polygon pours in it...
Try to use Positive pours as marce said...
