Hi to all
I have a late study project entitled Algorithms radio resource allocation for LTE downlink
I have an idea on the simulators Vienna but my coach asked me to make your own simulator
Is there anyone of you to realize a simulator for this or how I want to use these simulators to realize an own simulator us
Please help me to send your simulator or ideas to make a simulator and the steps
please help me there is not time and thank you
