I need to design a balun (or transformer) to transform an 0-2V square
wave to two -2-2V squre wave signals with 180 degree phase difference.
The frequency are fixed at 10MHz.

I am looking at some active balun structure. But no good topology for
mine problem so far.

transformer

A 2:1 transformer shoud work for you. Minicircuits makes such things. Another option is to use high speed op amps inverting and noninverting.

you can visit Minicircuits website
to choose what you need.
