advice and service manual for a Belinea 10 17 25 (11 17 27)

I have a Belinea 10 17 25 monitor Following fault has suddenly appeared. Works ok for short time then goes back on standby ,when switched back on comes on for approx 20secs. then back to standby.Tried switch on half a dozen times,always with same results ! Suspect dry joints or maybe caps but cant find service manual. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks
