Advantages and disadvantages of LPC2148 (ARM-7 based) MCU over ATmega2560 (AVR)

Hi,
Till now I have mostly worked on ATmega2560 for my projects. Now I am planning to shift to ARM based MCUs(i have got a sample of LPC2148). I want to know what advantages and disadvantages in working with LPC2148 over ATmega2560. Your suggestions are appreciated.
