During the simulation of my designed circuit which is RF Power Amplifier, I got this warning message. Which mentions about virtual resistance has been added. What does it mean? Does has any effect on my design during measurements? As I can get simulation results as expected. Thanks
The simulator needs to have all the nodes referred to ground in DC. In case there are nodes floating it adds a very high value resistor toward ground. This doesn't affect the simulation results.

A power amplifier is an electronic amplifier designed to increase the magnitude of power of a given input signal. The power of the input signal is increased to a level high enough to drive loads of output devices like speakers, headphones, RF transmitters etc. ... In this case a microphone is used as an input source.
