Attached the cross-section of the technology for the metal layering. Ho do I set up a layout layer in ADS which includes the overall oxid which surrounds the metal layers? And - to perform an momentum simulation: do I have to set up a substrate or layout layer cross section? Greetz, Tom Attachments Microsoft Visio Drawing 1.jpg 11.8 KB · Views: 143
