ADS error in model specification

When we simulate our circuit in ADS software then error message is shown and error message is- 'MOSFET1'is an instance of an undefined model MOSFET1'. So tell us how we remove this error for simulation of our circuit.

Same problem as encountered here:

ADS Error 'BJT1' is an instance of an undefined model 'BJTM1'

except in this case you need to place the appropriate MOS FET Model symbol as well as the MOS transistor symbol. It will have the ID "MOSFETM1" when placed.
