ADS 2009 Update 1 and Windows 7

I have some problem working on ADS 2009 update 1 on Windows 7. ADS starts normally, but when i try to create a new layout, the program suddenly quit without any message :-x

the installer is ok (now i'm working on another machine with windows XP pro)

i've already tried to disable User Access Control in Win7, but i really don't find any solution :(

please help, thanks :)
