ADPCM PIC16 ZIGBEE - real time in reciever side

Is it possible to transmit 4bit ADPCM code through ZIGBEE(Xbee) using PIC16F873A and play it in real time in reciever side?

Sampling rate is 8KHz,USART baud rate is set as 115200bps(actual 113636bps)
The actual data rate of audio is only 32Kbps.
