hi friends
I am tring simulate adiabatic inverter using Cadence ICFB,if any got the idea how to do it....please help me

Perhaps you need to tell us what's an adiabatic inverter...

An adiabatic circuit is an energy recovery circuit. It recycles the charges stored on capacitors to achieve
this.
