Hi all.
I am modeling one phase shifter cell in Cadence Virtuoso and want to get the following plots:
Phase (S21) when Vcntrl = 0 V
Phase (S21) when Vcntrl = 1.2 V
Also the phase difference in these two states
delta Phase (S21)
I am trying to simulate this in ADE XL and I get graphs for Phase when I sweep Vcntrl.
To get the difference , I took the expressions from Visualization and pasted them into the Сalculator.
When I click Eval it works fine, but when I try to add expressions to ADE XL it's not added completely - (there must be some syntax difference between expressions in calculator and ADE XL)
And phase diff becomes = 0 after simulation in ADE XL
How do I get the right expression for ADE XL to get the phase difference in 2 states?
