adding BCV62B in AWR project

I want to add BCV62B to my AWR project. but i couldn't find .s2p file. Can you help me?

If there is no s2p file how can i add?

Program returns with an error like: Element 'BJT_AP.Q2' not supported in chosen simulator. Simulation failed.
