adc conversion

Hi all,
Is there a chart that shows what the corresponding bit pattern for a certain analog voltage after conversion. Given a vdd of 5v as reference in a Pic16f676. if not how do u know what voltage is what bit

Hi,

No charts around, simple enough to make your own on some graph paper.

Your chip has a 10 bit ADC giving 0 - 1023 steps.

When using +5v as your reference voltage this equals 5.00 / 1024 = 0.0048828 volts per adc step, or as you prefer volts per bit.
