Hi

I would like to know what are the better ADC boards available at the market now in the range of
10 -40 Msamples/second
I'm hoping to use this to build a simple TDR

What precision, what output bus?
Look for Analog Device, for example 10bit 40MSPS with eval **broken link removed**
 

@carpenter : did you mean the resolution? The resolution should be 10 - 14 bit.
The application is TDR with a step impulse transmitted through the line
