adc 0809 decoupling interfacing

hey guys

i had been reading some articles related to adc 0809. it says that if i use vref+=vcc, and vref-=gnd, i must use capacitor to decouple it.

how should i interface the capacitor? since the datasheet is not showing any picture of the decoupled circuit. mine is national.
