Is it possible to interface ADC 0804 with encoder for RF communication. ADC has 8 bit parallel output data. I just want to send the data through the transmitter. How do I do that using encoder.

What kind of "encoder" and RF transmitter do you imagine? Obviously some digital logic will be required to process the parallel data word and turn it into modulation data.

I will be using lm35 temperature sensor. The output of temperature sensor is 10mV/degree celcius.

The analog signal corresponding to the temperature sensor will be given to the ADC 0804 for getting a digital output.

For lm35 sensor the analog voltage increase for each degree celsius.

Basically I want to send the continuous output of lm35 sensor to the RF receiver .

Can you give me a basic idea to achieve this task?
