Adapter to program AT89C5131 PLCC 52 pin

I'm using Advantech LabTool 48XP programmer. As per the programmer, it requires the adapter with part number '52PL/40D-ZAL-T89C5131' ; it is PLCC52 to DIP40 adapter.
Does some one have the schematic of this adapter, like the PLCC pin to DIP pin connection diagram.
