Active region in Candence for 45 nm node

Hi, I have installed cadence and working with 45 nm node. I was drawing the layout but can't find active in the window. Could you please help me in this what is wrong? Thanks for the help.
 

hi, active region means your n diffusion or p diffusion. check for that
