Active HDL setup problem

Hi dear
I setup ActiveHDL5.1 on my notebook but it didn't work. It had been working already on my PC.
Dose Anyone know my problem?

Does it saying something about licensing issue or does it not install at all?

I don't solve it untill now. I work with my PC . . . Have nice time
