Accessing PROM Memory space after programming it

I'm using Spartan6 with xcf04s PROM.
How can I access to some of free Memory space of this PROM for R/W after programming done?
(I want to read and write on PROM by FPGA)

I saw that document, but this needs to Microblaze be implemented on FPGA.
Is it possible to do the work by some HDL codes?

I Think That In This Case It Would Be Wise To Stick To The MB Solution.
