accessing folder by using C++ or other language in widows operating system

i want to access a folder in my computer. means i can paste or copy a paticular file from that folder by using Programing. i execute a program and it copy some file to the folder automatically so i dnt have to cut paste it on that folder. i want to that thing by using programing. please guide me thansk
