access to an pci card under win*xp

Hello,
how can i get access to an pci card under xp (e.g. driver programming on hardware level for a soundcard)?

thanx in advance
 

You must write own driver. :(

BTW for this you need:
1) Win XP DDK or similar SW (JungoDriver; Numega DriverStudio, etc.)
2) Hardware resource map for PCI Card (soundcard)
