Acceleration time in ACIM motor control PIC18F4431 in AN-900

How to insert Acceleration time in code of AN900
for fixed frequency 50 HZ.

This code is made for 60 Hz, I want change to 50 HZ and insert acceleration time say 5 to 10 second.
PWM frequency I want to change to 16K HZ.

if someone specially have spent some time on this code he can response me this is all in assembly with MPLAB.

I am testing in MPLAB-X with the help of its simulator and debugger.

For the any drive its is a essential requirement motor should start and take some time for ramp up the speed by this current will be in a safe limit.
for sudden start inrush current might damage the drive semiconductors devices.
