If you refer to AC analysis, it has no time parameter at all. You need to achieve a meaningful DC bias, but the DC
setpoint analysis eliminates all time dependant elements, e.g. L and C.
If you refer to transient analysis, you should clarify the question. Generally, if a circuit need's considerable time to achieve steady state
after initial transient analysis, you can actually specify a "print" delay or enforce a different initial condition nearer to the steady state.
