I want to measure voltage (and calculate rms value of it) using loc110. I'm referencing to this document:

http://www.clare.com/home/pdfs.nsf/www/AN-109.pdf/$file/AN-109.pdf

The difference is i will measure a single phase 230V AC.

I want to ask a few questions who have knowledge about this:

1- Do i need to rectify AC input?
2- What happens if one exchanges Line and neutral voltage in this schematic? Must neutral be absolutely known? Inputting phase voltage directly to the opamp gnd should damage it, right?
3- It needs a seperated supply voltage for loc110 and opamp. I must seperately provide it, right?

1. yes, like in AN need to rectify.
2. Not manadatory, but may be risk of high voltage operator shock.
3. yes, separated power supply.
