I am designing a board which takes in a 40-60Hz (-5V to 5V) sine wave but my ADC is 0 to 3.3V. What kind/configuration of opamp should I use to offset the voltage by 5V (positive only) and scale it to 0 to 3V.

Currently the board has 24V and 3.3V available.
Any help is very welcomed!

Hello Dear Bob
you can use a simple adder amplifier , that you can give it your signal , and a DC signal . so you can do it simply .
