about programming Xilinx XC9572

Hello,

i use platform usb cable. and xc9572XL -10

i install and erase the PLD for 4-5 times, but now when i want to install the PLD:

the imPACT freezes, says

and also erasing and readback is succesfully.

can be the PLD damaged? for 5 times erasing?

(i dont use pull up resistor for TDI TMS TCK)

anyone to help?

how many times can we install the PLD?
is it limited by the MacroCells we use and the macrocell exists in the PLD??

Are you sure your download wire good?

Are you sure your Software system configure right?

You'd better call XILINX FAE

The XC9572XL has endurance exceeding 10,000 program/erase cycles. (Those words are from the datasheet.)

I've never seen your error message. Be suspicious of anything (hardware or software) that changed since the last time it worked.

Maybe some project setting got messed up somehow. I would try building a new simple project in a clean directory, then try programming again.
