about finger print based ignition system

hi i m in my final year and our group have to make project on the topic "FINGER PRINT BASED IGNITION SYSTEM" we have made power supply and module that we r using is MIAXIS- SM630 which se serial port biometric sensor

does anybody know how to interface sensor with controller pic16f72

At the physical level the interface will be via the microprocessors uart (HW or SW)

we are not able to program with pic16f now we r trying to do it with 8051 controller.
