Hi, Every one.
I am reading the Razavi's book about broadband communication. And I was a little bit confused about the /N frequency divider in the following architecture. Can anyone explain me why the /N frequency were there? Does that mean the retimer is asynchronous with the MUX (serializer) . But I think they should be keep in synchronize...Thank you all.
