about a HSPICE proble

$ Problem 1: Size pmos device by plotting Id versus V* = 2*Id/gm
mn dn dn 0 0 pmos L=1um W=10um
vdn 0 dn dc 1V
.dc vdn 10mV 3V 10mV
* Note that vs is V*...

how to plot this waveform using scope?

Hi,

are u trying to plot Id vs VS, like the 1 in the attached image??

If u r using cscope then its very simple...

open the plot file in cscope

double click the file name will get u signal manager which will list all signal avlb in u r waveform file ( in u r case *.sw0)

select VS in bottom of signal manager u will have option for X axis, click set( now u r x axis will be VS. now wht evr u plot wil hve this x axis
