Our project has three bipolar stepper motors. Motors
current: 2.1A
Voltage: 12v
I need a driver circuit fro this motor. I used L298 IC circuit but the output current is insufficient. After that I used H bridge with use of C1061 & A670 power transistors. with use of that motor is functioning well but transistors generate heat. Can anyone give me a better driver circuit for this?

I would use MOSFETs rather than bipolar transistors. Much less power dissipation.

Thank yuou Barry. But can u explain about balancing the power of MOSFETs

i meant that transistors have to be controlled by the current. As an example if one trans is on then other one have to be off. like that type of things.

Can you explain me how to balance the current of MOSFETs.? as an example if one is on then other one can be off

Do you mean controlling phase current? Yes, one transistor is on while the other is off; that's the function of your driver circuit. The transistors are not controlled by the current; the current is controlled by the transistors, is that what you mean? Still not quite sure what your question is. Are you asking for a complete design?
