Hi,

I build a DSP project using CCS and EVM 6701. I have 6 c files, and in .cmd file, if I map .text to internal program memory, there is not enough memory space available. If I map .text to external program memory, the DMA operation of EVM is out of order.
Why? Can any Guru give me some hint? :?:

Once, I donot why, I can load all the .text into internal program memory, the DMA works fine, but the whole program runs out of order. For example, the main() function suddenly runs from very beginning.

Anyone can help me on this? Thanks in advance.

Besides, I heard old EVM board have problem with DMA, how can I find the version of EVM board, how does the version number of EVM look like?

Thanks and Cheers,
FARAWAY
