a question about flyback converter

hi friends
i was readed in a book this:
"a flyback converter is a frequent choice for a supply with many output voltages in the region of 50 to 150 w.it is attractive for a multioutput supply beacause the output voltage track one another with line and load changes far better than they do in the forward types."
i am confusing...
help me
