A question about DC voltage (electrical level) shift.

level dc shift

Hi,
In order to make a good dc match. I want to know some method to make a DC voltage (electrical level) shift. For example, I want to shift the DC voltage (electrical level) about 0.2v, but the AC signal which added on DC voltage will not change or change a little (both amplitude and frequency).
Use a sin signal for example here.
Shift sin(1 1 100MEG) to sin(1.2 1 100MEG) or sin(0.8 1 100MEG)
The value changed is only the DC offset voltage. And this value is less than the the Vth of MOS.
Can any method make it come true?
