hello, I was thinking that when I connect a 12v transformer in the socket (220v) , I get 12v AC

what would happen if I would connect the 12v output of the transformer in the socket ? Would I get 1000+ volts on the other side, or the transformer would fry ?

Thanks !

Hi.

You won't do that. I tested that once on a transformer was rated around 60-70V on primary side. The fuse didn't blow, but the transformer started to burn, litterly.

Like said, you don't want to do that
