Hi where I can find the equation for this bias circuit?

Check out Razavi's book for bandgap reference chapter. This one is pretty similiar to the circuit showed in his book. And current is proportional to 1/R^2

IEEE jssc paper:

the toptic: a programmable gain/loss amplifier

in this paper, wide range current mirror is describe.

You can find it in Martin book.

This circuit is from Martin book

Basic loop - beta multiplier circuit. U can get answer in any book on cmos analog circuit design.

I need of the equation to make this circuit because I known the tension Vbiasn Vcascn Vcascp e Vbiasp but I don't know the equation for the W/L of any mos.

referring to chapter 6 of martin's book

John and Martin .Analog integrated circuit design

I don't understand anything...please is there some people that can say me the start point to project my bias circuit.I must have Vbiasn=0.25v,Vcascn=Vcascp=0.5v
