a basic question about PDK(Process Desgin Kits)

as a beginner, I want to ask What PDK (Process Desgin Kits) excactly includes?

include drc, lvs files from foundry? any other things?

The PDK includes

1. all devices you will use
2. simulation environment and model file
3. schematics driven layout
4. drc, lvs, and extration rules.
5. extration back annoation to layout or schematics.
