will at89c51 assembly code or c code work with intel 8051? are they same?

Can you specify the version name of INTEL 8051 microcontroller??
 

it's the intel 8051, not philips or any other manufacturers

i doubt that the instruction set are the same for intel 8051 and atmel's AT89c51...are they same? is there no difference at all?

The processors differ in programming methods, supply voltage range and power consumption, supported clock speed, but are fully code compatible.
