I required a VGA interface for my 8052 based
designs. Can anybody help me

Are you looking for a VGA chip or HDL core?

For the Core you can go to https://www.opencores.org and find it there.

On the other hand, VGA chips may be dificult to get these days, specialy if you do not want PCI interface. You best bet will be FPGA and HDL Core.

I want use fpga make a driver circuit for my microcontroller operate vga displayer ,anyone can help me.

Go to h**p://W*W.OPENCORES.ORG/projects

under the section "Video controller" , you will find VGA/LCD Controller.
This is verilog core of VGA controller with WISHBONE host interface. You will need to design 8052-to-WISHBONE interface inside the FPGA or simply replace WISHBONE interface with your own.
