Hi friends, 8051 is a full duplex or half? its having only one SBUF then how it can be operate in full duplex?

Binoj

i believe you want to know about UART in 8051.
sbuf is a ring buffer. data being sent out from one side and recived from other side.

you will need to use both channels of MAZ232 ro implement full duplex protocol.
