8051 core, 3v or below, SMD

Hi friends im looking for a controller which is 8051 core and low power consumption
3v or below 3v, SMD, with ISP facility. Phillips having this kind of ?

if anybody nows pls help me

hello , you can use 89s2051 or 4051 which can be operated as low as 2.7v. it is available in soic package with isp capability.
