741 Operation Amplifier Circuit

Hi everyone ! I need someone to explain a circuit I am trying to figure out that has a 741 op-amp in it.
I think it is as either configured as a differential amplifier or a comparator.
If anyone wants to help I will email them the circuit to study.
Also can it be put in to Spice and then I can play with it?
