+/- 5 volt dual power supply for load cell(CZL) 40Kg

i have design 5 volt dual power supply by using 7805 and 7905.the filter capacitor i used is 1000uF of 35 volt .it is working and gives proper +/- 5 volt . first i connected load cell and amplifier circuit it is working and output is 5.02 volt on positive terminal. but when i connected a seven segment display the output drops to 4.92 volt on positive terminal and the circuit not operate properly , negative voltage is same in both the case. why should happen this . is this because of filter capacitor??
please help me i am waiting for ur reply.
should i do separate connection for load cell, amplifier circuit and seven segment display.
