Hi, this is my first post on this forum. So please bear with me.

I'm planning on building a 3s2p battery pack with Moli icr18650h 2200mah cells. I'm not quite sure about a few things.
-Is the charger supposed to be hooked up via the protection circuit module?
-Can you hook 2 parallel sets of cells up to a 3s PCM board? Or do I need two pcb's?
-I saw you have to wire the cells up in series but also individually to the PCM, will that be used for charging or undervoltage protection (or something else i'm not aware of)?
-How do I switch between mains and battery power using a relay? I don't want to use a DPDT switch, I want it to happen when you plug in 220v.

Thanks in advance,
Jesse
