what you think about helical antenna in range 1800MHz - 2100MHz?
I think for using gsm/gprs/HSDPA/HSUPA in mobile internet communication.......
example fow wifi but possible use of "my range":

Helical antenna is a good solution for your frequency range. If you find a tested design for other frequency (like amateur bands), scale the dimensions by wavelength ratio. Low cost solution with good results.
