How to build Sin wave oscillator for learning??

I would recommend a simple Colpitts oscillator with a crystal, which gives you a nice sine wave with a frequency determined by the value of the crystal.

The answer is given many thousands of times in the internet.
With all schematics, documentations, explanations and calculations.

For low frequency sinewaves, phase-shift oscillators are very straightforward to implement.
