Anyone using a powerful 32-bit CPU supported by (uC)Linux which is available in normal (T)QFP package?

Since there is no more SA1x00 on stock I think of replacing the mainboard of Tuxscreen (o;

Also if you get N-Wire Card you will receive 64 KB limited IAR package.

How about the Atmel AT91RM9200 (ARM 920 based).

It's available in QFP.

Very reasonably priced in low quantities and stuffed with peripherals.

Cogent do a low cost development board based on these (CSB337 or might be CSB377?) which runs micromonitor.

Linux runs fine on the chip though - info can be found on the Atmel CD's.
